Anti-Corrosion Paste, Aluminium
Silver, high-pressure resistant lubricating and releasing paste. Designed for metal and non-ferrous metal connections. HTA Paste protects against wear, prevents galling, seizing, oxidation and fretting, as well as the slip-stick effect on moving parts. HTA Paste is excellent for the lubrication of threaded connections. An optimum ratio of tightening torque and bolt preload is reached

Besonderheiten:
- Contains synthetic high-pressure lubricants, special additives, metal pigments and graphites which even out the finest unevenness.
- Possesses excellent emergency running properties and high separation characteristics.
- Temperature Resistance: -40°C to +1400°C.
Application Examples
- Installation of exhaust systems and turbochargers in combustion engines, oil and gas burners, etc.
- Lubricating guides, sliding and sealing surfaces of furnaces, boilers, burners and motors.
- Lubrication of highly stressed machine parts such as wear protection linings on crushers, rock drills, fittings, flanges and push fittings.
- Smoothing out roughness on bushings, bearings, shafts, flanges and pump housings.
- Release agent for equipment, hubs, wheel bolts and wheel nuts.
Instructions for Use
In order to achieve an optimal result, it is recommended to clean the parts first. Dirt and other lubricant residues must be removed. Then apply the product with a brush or spatula thinly onto the surface. The pen version is suitable for very fine work, where the product can be applied directly. Note: The product is not suitable for oxygen rich systems.
