Anti-Corrosion Paste, Ceramic

Metal-free, electrically non-conductive lubricating and releasing paste. Designed for metal and non-ferrous metal connections. HTW Paste protects against wear, prevents galling, seizing, oxidation and fretting corrosion and compensates for fine bumps, grooves and scratches. HTW Paste is ideal for areas with predominantly low-sliding velocities and high pressures.

  • Contains no solvents and is free of toxic ingredients.

Anti-Seize Assembly Paste

Special Features:

  • Contains high-pressure lubricants, additives and special components in the nano-range.
  • Temperature resistant to +1400°C.

Application Examples

  • Installing temperature-stressed parts such as turbochargers and exhaust systems.
  • Smoothing out roughness on bushings, bearings, shafts, flanges and pump housings.
  • Release agent for connections on motors, fittings, equipment, wheel hubs, bolts and nuts.
  • Lubrication and sealing of screws, pins, bayonet and cutting ring connections.
  • Prevention of squeaking and creaking noises on brake parts on vehicles and E-Bikes.

Instructions for Use

In order to achieve an optimal result, it is recommended to clean the parts first. Dirt and other lubricant residues must be removed. Then apply the product with a brush or spatula thinly onto the surface. The pen version is suitable for very fine work, where the product can be applied directly. Note: The product is not suitable for oxygen rich systems.
